Course Outline

This course covers theory and practical lessons based on Technology Practice, Technology Knowledge and the Nature Of Technology. Students will learn practical skills as they develop models, products and systems. Students will get opportunities to design and construct their projects with appropriate tools and machines.

Course Prerequisite: At least 14 credits at Level  1 Resistant materials (RM1W) including Unit Standard 497

Assessment: Unit Standards (FITEC) and Internal and External Achievement Standards

Fees/Cost: $75 which covers the resources for practicals and theory
